1 cup(s) pure canned pumpkin
2/3 Oz Nestlé La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice
17 .3000 Oz puff pastry sheets
1/4 cup(s) semi sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Whisk together egg, pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl. Set aside briefly.

Unroll pastry sheets on a floured surface. Using a 3-inch pumpkin-shaped or round cookie cutter, cut out 24 pumpkins from pastry. Press pumpkins into a mini muffin tin.

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pumpkin filling into each pastry cutout.

Bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until filling is set. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.

Decorate mini pumpkin pies with chocolate chips to create jack-o-lanterns.
