1 Hill Country Fare White Moist Cake Mix
2 Tsp McCormick All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
16 Oz Hill Country Fare Creamy Vanilla Frosting
1 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Sweetened Coconut Flakes
1 box McCormick Assorted Food Color & Egg Dye
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Jelly Beans

Instructions

Prepare cake mix as directed on package, adding vanilla to batter.

Bake cupcakes as directed on package then cool on a wire rack. Once cool, frost cupcakes with vanilla frosting and set aside briefly.

Place coconut in a large resealable plastic bag. Squeeze food coloring into bag (use 5 to 6 drops of desired color), seal bag, and shake until color is evenly distributed.

Sprinkle tinted coconut over frosted cupcakes and decorate with jelly beans.
