Recipe makes 24 Servings

2 1/2 Oz Armour Sliced Dried Beef, rinsed
16 Oz H-E-B Cream Cheese, fat free
3 green onions, chopped
4 Oz Hill Country Fare Sliced Black Olives, drained
1/2 cup(s) sliced mushrooms, drained & chopped
1 Tsp salt
2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Pecan pieces

Instructions

Place dried beef in a food processor or blender container and chop to a chunky texture.

Combine chopped beef, cream cheese, onions, olives and mushrooms in a 2-quart mixing bowl and mix with your hands.

Add salt and shape cheese mixture into a ball and set aside (you can shape the mixture into 2 balls or 2 logs).

Place pecan pieces in a small bowl and coat cheese ball.

Cover cheese ball with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve cheese ball with crackers.
