Recipe makes 24 Servings

1 1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1 1/4 cup(s) sugar
1 1/4 cup(s) brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 large eggs
4 1/2 cup(s) all purpose unbleached flour
2 1/2 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp salt
20 Oz H-E-B Organics Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (50% cocoa)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream butter, sugars and vanilla together in a large mixing bowl, beat in eggs.

In a separate mixing bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.

Add flour mixture to butter mixture in 3 separate batches, combining thoroughly each time.

Add chocolate chips once flour is completely mixed through. Roll into 1 inch balls, place on baking pan and flatten slightly. Cook for 11 - 12 minutes, or until golden brown and still soft.

Remove from pan and let cool on rack.
