1 Lb lean ground pork
8 4/5 Oz konjac noodles, drained and rinsed
6 Oz frozen steamable broccoli florets
1/3 cup(s) dan dan Chinese noodle sauce

Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with 2 Tbsp of oil.

Add ground pork and brown for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, drain and rinse noodles and steam broccoli according to package directions.

Add dan dan sauce along with broccoli and noodles. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
