Cucumber Watermelon and Chili Paletas

Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 cucumber, peeled and seeded
2 cup(s) watermelon, seeded or seedless
2/3 cup(s) sugar
1/4 cup(s) lime, juiced
1 Tbsp Trechas Liquid Chile

Instructions

Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.

Place a fine strainer over a bowl. Empty the contents of the blender into the strainer and allow mixture to drain through. You may use a spatula to push some of the particles through.

Once all of the liquid has separated. Discard residue.

Pour paletas mixture equally into 6 juice bar molds. Attach the covers. Insert the sticks. Freeze paletas upright overnight.

Hold molds up to the rim under warm running water just until paletas are released from sides of molds, 5-15 seconds. Remove covers and pull out paletas.
