Crunchy Oven Baked Salmon

1/2 cup(s) panko bread crumbs
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil, divided use
2 Tbsp HEB Bagel Not Included Everything + Bacon Spice Blend
1 fresh alantic salmon, 4 portions, (about 4 oz each)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.

Add panko to a small bowl and drizzle with half the oil. Mix through to coat bread crumbs. Add seasoning and stir to combine.

Lay salmon skin-side down on prepared pan and drizzle with remaining oil, using your fingers to gently rub a light coating of oil on the salmon. Sprinkle seasoning mix over salmon and spread out in an even layer.

Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until breadcrumbs are lightly browned and salmon is cooked through.
