20 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Beef Fajita Strips
1/8 Tsp kosher salt
1/8 Tsp black pepper
1/4 cup(s) Wan Ja Shan Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce
10 Oz Central Market Organic Spring Mix
2 cup(s) carrots, shredded
1/2 cup(s) red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup(s) cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
1 cup(s) Thai Kitchen Rice Noodles

Heat fajitas in microwave according to package directions.

Meanwhile, whisk salad dressing ingredients (kosher salt, pepper, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, sesame oil and chili garlic sauce) together in a small bowl.

Place salad greens, carrots, onions and cilantro in a large shallow bowl or on a platter; drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
