1 Tbsp H-E-B Sunflower Oil with Garlic and Herb
14 Oz H-E-B Caulibits
1/3 cup(s) raw unsalted almonds, chopped
1/4 cup(s) green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 Tsp kosher salt

Instructions

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat.

When skillet is hot, add oil and Caulibits, stir to coat, and cook 1 to 2 minutes undisturbed.

Stir gently and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until cauliflower starts to soften.

Stir in almonds and remove from heat.

Add green onion, bell pepper and salt. Stir through gently and serve.
