2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil
2 Lb Force of Nature 100% Grass Fed Ground Venison
2 Tbsp H-E-B Peeled Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, crushed
1 Tsp Morton Kosher Salt
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp Thai Bird Chili Pepper, chopped
1 H-E-B Romaine Hearts, stem removed, leaves pulled apart

Instructions

Heat a large non-stick pan to medium-high.

Once pan is hot, add vegetable oil and allow 10 seconds for oil to heat up.

Add venison and cook for 7 minutes, using a wooden spoon to break meat into little pieces as it cooks.

Stir in garlic, ginger, salt, cilantro, and Thai bird chili pepper. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes to allow venison to become nice and crispy.

Once venison is crispy, remove from heat and spoon into lettuce leaves. Top with your favorite sauce and serve immediately.
