1 Tbsp potato starch
2 Tsp Central Market Organics Hot Thai Curry Seasoning
1 1/4 Lb Chicken Wingettes
1 cup(s) H-E-B Green Curry Cooking Sauce
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, leaves finely chopped
1 Tbsp fresh Basil, (Thai basil if available) finely chopped
2 1/2 L Air Fryer

Instructions

Mix potato starch with Thai seasoning. Dredge chicken wings in seasoning and arrange in fryer basket so air circulates between wings.

Cook 25 to 28 minutes, opening tray and rotating wings 2 or 3 times so they cook evenly.

Meanwhile, heat green curry sauce in the microwave.

Remove wings from fryer and toss with sauce. Garnish with fresh cilantro and basil.
