Crispy Potatoes with Roasted Garlic and Rosemary

2 Lb baby red potatoes
4 Oz Wyatt's by H-E-B™ Roasted Garlic and Herb Finishing Butter, melted
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped finely
1 fresh Italian parsley bunches, chopped
1 Tsp kosher salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Clean and wash potatoes before cutting them into quarters, and melt butter in small saucepan.

Once butter is melted and potatoes are cut, place them into mixing bowl, toss in rosemary and parsley and combine. Coat potatoes completely in butter herb mixture, and season with 1 tablespoon of salt, make sure to toss again after seasoning.

On sheet pan lined with parchment paper, place seasoned potatoes onto pan and into 400ºF oven. Cook for 30-45 minutes or until potatoes look browned, crispy and can easily be pierced with toothpick.

Remove from oven, season to taste with more salt and pepper. This side pairs well with steak.
