Crispy Barbacoa Tacos with Cilantro

16 Oz Andy Garcia Barbacoa
5 H-E-B Bakery Taco Shells
1 cup(s) H-E-B Queso Fresco, grated
3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Heat grill to medium-high.

Create a boat out of foil and pour contents of barbacoa container in foil then place on grill.

Heat until liquid and fat are completely gone, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from grill.

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Place shells on a sheet pan and heat 5 minutes.

Spoon barbacoa into shells, and top with cheese and cilantro.

Chef's Note: Barbacoa is traditionally paired with corn tortillas but works great with flour and crunchy tacos as well!
