1 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Whole Milk
6 Tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Sweet Cream Salted Butter
1/4 cup(s) Chilito's Kika's Sauce
16 Oz H-E-B Organics Cornbread Mix
4 H-E-B Prime Cowboy Burgers

Preheat waffle iron. Add egg, milk, butter, sauce and cornbread mix together in a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.

Cook waffles until golden brown and cool on a baking rack (this step can be done ahead - just pop waffles in the toaster to crisp up right before serving).

Heat grill or grill pan to medium high heat. Grill burgers on both sides to desired doneness (about 5 minutes each side for medium).

Serve burgers on cornbread waffles for buns. Garnish as desired with more sauce, lettuce, avocado, tomato - whatever you want!
