Recipe makes 12 Servings

1 white cake mix
3 large eggs
4 Oz unsalted butter, melted
8 Oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature
16 Oz powdered sugar
1 Tsp vanilla extract
2 cup(s) chopped pecans
2 cup(s) sweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

Combine cake mix, one egg, and melted butter in mixing bowl until soft dough is formed. Press dough into bottom of dish into an even layer.

Combine cream cheese, two eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla in stand mixer bowl. Mix on medium speed until smooth.

Add pecans and coconut flakes into stand mixer bowl. Mix on medium speed to combine.

Pour coconut batter over pressed dough in dish.

Bake for 45 to 60 minutes. Allow to fully cool before slicing into bars.
