1/2 cup(s) lime juice
2 1/2 Tsp H-E-B Cucumber Mint LIquid Beverage Enhancer
1 Tbsp lime, zested

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat.

Cook 3 to 4 minutes until mixture is warm.

Pour into molds and freeze 24 hours.

To remove from molds, run under tepid water for 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
