Recipe makes 4 Servings

15 fl oz lite coconut milk
16 fl oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Fat Free Milk
1 1/2 cup(s) Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oats
1 Tsp salt
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 cup(s) Kitchun No-Grain-Ola Holy-Coco-Cacao!, divided use

Instructions

Bring coconut milk and fat free milk to a boil, then add in oats.

Reduce to a simmer, and stir in salt, vanilla, cocoa powder, maple syrup and half of the No-Grain-Ola. Cover and cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let stand a few minutes. Garnish with remaining No-Grain-Ola before serving.
