Ingredients

Recipe makes 8 Servings

15 1/2 Oz Central Market Organic Low Sodium Garbanzo Beans, 1 can, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup(s) tahini paste
1 garlic clove, crushed, approximately 1/8 oz.
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup(s) ice cold water, plus more as needed for desired consistency

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except ice water in a food processor.

Puree for about 30 seconds before slowly adding ice water. Continue to puree until hummus is smooth and creamy.

Season to taste, place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to a week.
