2 ruby red grapefruits, peeled and sectioned
1 Large Hass avocado, peeled and sliced
5 Oz H-E-B Baby Spinach
2 red onion, sliced
4 H-E-B Fully Cooked Natural Grilled Chicken Breasts, cooked to package instructions and sliced

Combine olive oil, grapefruit and avocado in a large salad bowl, and toss gently to coat.
