1/4 cup(s) unsalted butter, melted, plus more if needed to coat
5 H‑E‑B Bakery Flour Tortillas, 5 tortillas cut into approximately 1/2 inch strips
6 1/2 Oz Bolner's Fiesta Sugar and Cinnamon, as needed for coating strips

Instructions

In a bowl combine melted butter, tortilla strips and enough cinnamon sugar to coat well.

Place coated tortilla strips into an air fryer pan for 8 to 15 minutes or until tortilla strips are golden brown. Cool before serving.

For oven baking, place coated tortilla strips onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 350ºF for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
