1/2 cup(s) 2% milk
2 large Eggs
1 Tsp Ground cinnamon
1 gram(s) No calorie sweetener packets
4 French toast bread slices
1 Butter flavor no-stick cooking spray

Instructions

Mix milk and eggs in a medium-size bowl.

In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar substitute and set aside.

Dip bread slices into the milk mixture until its absorbed.

Set bread slices aside in shallow pan.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with butter flavored pan spray.

Place prepared bread slices in skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

When finished, sprinkle each French toast with cinnamon sugar substitute mixture.
