Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 1/2 Tbsp lime, juiced
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
24 Oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 6 ounce portions
1/4 Tsp salt
1 non-stick cooking spray
1 avocado, diced
1 jalapeño pepper, diced
2 Tbsp cilantro, minced
2 cup(s) H-E-B Mild Salsa

Instructions

Combine lime juice and olive oil in a large bowl. Coat chicken in mixture and let stand 3 minutes. Remove chicken and discard marinade.

Sprinkle chicken evenly with salt.

Place a grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray and cook chicken 6 minutes on each side or until done.

Top chicken with avocado, jalapeño, cilantro and salsa.
