Recipe makes 72 Servings

1 non-stick cooking spray
4 1/2 cup(s) instant oats
1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup(s) light brown sugar, packed firmly
3/4 cup(s) unsalted butter
1/2 cup(s) light corn syrup
1/2 Tsp salt
2/3 cup(s) pecan halves, chopped
12 Oz Nestlé Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Instructions

Heat oven to 400°F.

Grease a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine oats, vanilla extract, brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt; mix well.

Firmly press mixture into prepared pan and bake about 10 to 18 minutes or until mixture is brown and bubbly.

Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate morsels evenly over toffee.

Let stand 10 minutes until chocolate melts.

Spread chocolate evenly over toffee and sprinkle with nuts.

Let it cool completely, then cut toffee into squares.
