3 Tbsp olive oil, divided use
16 Oz Peeled & Deveined Texas White Shrimp 36/50, thawed and drained
1/2 Tsp salt, divided use
16 Oz H-E-B Chipotle Lime Skillet Pan Sauté
15 Oz H-E-B Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce
1 Lb Hill Country Fare Penne Pasta, cooked, drained, and lightly oiled
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Copper Kettle Shaved Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

Heat a large skillet on medium-high. Add half of oil, shrimp and half of salt. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Remove to a plate and reserve.

In the same pan, add remaining oil and chipotle lime sauté kit. Cook, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in sauce packet and season with salt.

Add Alfredo sauce, stir to combine and heat until mixture begins to bubble around the edges. Add shrimp and cooked pasta, toss to combine and heat through for about 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and portion onto plates. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve.
