1 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 cup(s) fresh cilantro, leaves tightly packed
1/3 cup(s) fresh oregano, leaves loosely packed
1 cup(s) curly parsley, roughly chopped
1 large jalapeño, chopped
3 garlic cloves, smashed
1/3 cup(s) white onion, diced
1/4 cup(s) roasted red bell peppers, chopped
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

Instructions

In a food processor, combine mayonnaise, cilantro, oregano, parsley, jalapeño, garlic, onion, roasted bell peppers and red wine vinegar.

Pulse to combine until smooth then season to taste with salt and pepper.
