3 Tbsp cilantro, rough chopped
1 cup(s) H-E-B White Corn Tortilla Chips, crushed
1 Lb ground chuck
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Shredded Mexican Cheese
4 H-E-B Bake Shop Hamburger Buns

Instructions

Combine cilantro, crushed chips and ground beef in a medium bowl. Mix well then form into 4 patties.

Preheat a large non-stick skillet on medium-high for 3 minutes.

Add patties and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook 2 more minutes.

Add cheese equally to cover all 4 patties. Cook another 2 minutes then remove from pan. Allow to rest 1 to 2 minutes..

Meanwhile, using same skillet, wipe out pan with a paper towel and place over low heat.

Place buns cut side down in skillet and heat 1 minute.

Add burgers to buns and garnish as desired with more chips, cheese and salsa.
