1 Lb Fresh Ground Chicken Breast
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Crushed Pineapple, drained
1/4 cup(s) Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce
1 pineapple, peeled and sliced
4 H-E-B Bake Shop 100% Whole Wheat Thin Style Rounds
8 red onions, sliced

In large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, crushed pineapple, and teriyaki sauce.

Form mixture, then create 4 equal patties.

On stovetop or grill, cook chicken patties about 6 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Exact cooking times will vary depending on heat of grill/pan and thickness of each chicken burger.

Put pineapple slices on grill/stovetop. Grill 3 minutes on each side (turning so that grill marks are on both sides).

Place cooked chicken burger on a deli thin bun and top with onions and pineapple slices.
