6 plain pita pocket
2/3 cup(s) mayonnaise
2 Tbsp H-E-B® Basil Pesto Tapenade
12 Oz H-E-B® Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Fajita Strips, cut into bite-sized pieces
14 Oz H-E-B Select Artichoke Quarters, drained
6 Oz mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
2 cup(s) pizza blend cheese, shredded

Instructions

Heat oven to 450°F.

Line 2 large baking sheets with foil and place 3 pita shells on each baking sheet.

Combine mayonnaise with pesto and spread 2 tablespoons evenly over each top of pita bread.

Place chicken, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and peppers over pesto layer.

Sprinkle 1/3 cup cheese over each pizza.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to brown.
