8 Oz Central Market Fusilli
1 Tbsp H-E-B Sunflower Oil with Garlic & Herb
1 1/2 Lb thin sliced chicken, sliced into bite sized chunks
1 Tsp H-E-B Texas Prime Coarse Seasoning
2 cup(s) Central Market Organic Power Greens, chopped and pressed firmly into cup for measuring
14 1/2 fl oz Cucina di Vito Alfredo Sauce

Instructions

Fill a large pot halfway full of water and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions.

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat, adding oil, chicken and seasoning. Sauté chicken very briefly. Reduce heat to low and add power greens and Alfredo sauce, bring slowly to a simmer.

When pasta is done cooking drain noodles. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water. Add pasta to pan with chicken and Alfredo sauce and toss to coat. Thin if needed with reserved water.

Garnish with fresh ground black pepper and Parmesan cheese if desired.

Chef's Tip: This is delicious as is, but adding a little fully cooked bacon at the end is a great addition.
