2 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup(s) flaxseed, ground
1/3 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
1/4 Tsp nutmeg
2 cup(s) H-E-B Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup(s) pecans, chopped
1/4 cup(s) pumpkin seeds
5 pitted dates, chopped
1/2 cup(s) dried cranberries
1/4 cup(s) honey

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, blend bananas, flaxseed, applesauce, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.

Add oats, pecans, pumpkin seeds, dates, and cranberries to the banana mixture. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet, pressing down evenly.

Drizzle honey over the top, using more or less for desired sweetness.

Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.

Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut into bars. Serve or store in an airtight container.
