16 1/2 Oz Hill Country Fare Yellow Cake Mix
2/3 cup(s) water
2 H-E-B Large Grade AA Eggs
1/4 cup(s) unsalted butter
21 Oz cherry pie filling or topping
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Powdered Sugar, sifted

Heat oven to 350°F.

Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Stir together 1 and 1/2 cups of yellow cake mix, 2/3 cup water and eggs in a mixing bowl.

Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking pan.

Top the batter with the cherry filling and set aside.

Combine the butter and remaining cake mix in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer for 1 minute on low speed until the mixture is crumbly.

Sprinkle the crumbly topping over the cherry filling.

Bake the coffee cake on the center oven rack for 40-45 minutes or until golden.

Let cool.

To make glaze, combine the powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon water in a small bowl and drizzle over the cake.
