1/2 cup(s) La Choy Lite Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp water
1/4 cup(s) H‑E‑B Brown Sugar
1/2 shallot, roughly chopped
4 H‑E‑B Peeled Garlic Cloves, roughly chopped
1/2 Tbsp fresh ginger root, peeled and roughly chopped
1/2 Tbsp Chung Jung One Gochujang Korean Chili Sauce
1/2 Tbsp H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Toasted Sesame Oil
2 Oz Dole Pineapple Juice
1/2 fresh Sweetie Apples, rough chopped
1 1/2 Lb Beef Sirloin Cubes for Kabobs USDA Select

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl except cubed sirloin. Whisk to combine.

Place steak cubes in a resealable bag and pour in marinade. Seal tightly, squeezing out any air. Massage marinade into beef then marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours, massaging meat periodically.

Preheat grill on high heat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, thread steak cubes evenly onto 12-inch metal skewers.

Place kabobs over medium-high heat and grill on all sides for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium-rare doneness.
