1/4 cup(s) olive oil
12 each H-E-B Mild Pork Meatballs
1 cup(s) white onion, sliced
2 Tbsp garlic, minced
24 fl oz marinara sauce
3 cup(s) water
1 Lb Central Market Organic Orecchiette Rigate Bronze Cut Pasta, dry
2 cup(s) shredded Italian blend cheese, divided use

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Heat oil in a large, deep oven safe pan or pot on medium-high. Add meatballs and cook until well browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Add onions and garlic and continue to cook until onions are translucent, 5 minutes.

Stir in marinara sauce, water, and pasta then mix in 1 cup of cheese. Cover and place in the oven.

Bake until pasta is tender, about 25 minutes, then sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over the top.

Return to oven uncovered and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
