4 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Sweet Cream Unsalted Butter
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Hatch Green Chile Ranch Rub
1 Tsp fresh garlic, finely minced
1 Tbsp roasted Hatch pepper, finely chopped
1 H-E-B Bakery Scratch Ciabatta Bread, cut in half horizontally
2 cup(s) H-E-B Shredded Jalapeño Jack Cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Place softened butter, Hatch Green Chile Ranch Rub, garlic and Hatch peppers in a small bowl. Whisk until well blended.

Spread butter on each half of ciabattta bread. Place on a sheet pan and bake 9 minutes.

Remove from oven and top with cheese.

Turn oven to broil and return bread to oven for 1 minute or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

Slice and serve immediately.
