Cheesy Caulibits Mashed Potatoes

14 Oz H-E-B Caulibits
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Shredded Parmesan Cheese
4 Oz cream cheese, regular or low fat
1/2 Tbsp Spiced World Chopped Roasted Garlic

Instructions

In a large pot, bring a quart of salted water to a boil.

Add caulibits and cook until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain well.

Place caulibits, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese and garlic in a food processor and process until smooth.

Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving with your favorite protein.

Chef's Note: To make side dish more herbaceous, add your favorite herb like rosemary, thyme, or sage.
