14 Oz Kraft Deluxe Original Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese Dinner
1 cup(s) Broccoli Florets, finely chopped
4 slices Oscar Mayer Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon, chopped
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1 large Egg, beaten
1/2 cup(s) French Fried Onions, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup(s) Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Finely Shredded

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 36-cup mini muffin pan with cooking spray and set aside.

Prepare mac and cheese dinner in a large saucepan per package directions, adding broccoli to the macaroni cooking water for the last 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, place bacon and yellow onions in a large skillet set over medium heat. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Add prepared macaroni and beaten egg, and mix well.

Spoon into prepared muffin cups, adding about 2 tablespoons of batter to each. Top with fried onions and shredded cheese.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Cool in pans for 5 minutes before transferring to a plate to serve.
