Ingredients

Recipe makes 2 Servings

5 Oz lean ground beef
2 keto tortillas
2 Oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp red onion, very thinly sliced
2 Tbsp dill pickle, about 4 slices, drained and chopped
1 small Roma tomato, sliced very thin
1/2 cup(s) romaine lettuce, shredded

Instructions

Preheat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Divide meat into two patties and press into a flat disc on top of each tortilla. Press raw meat all the way to the edges of the tortillas.

Spray skillet with a little bit of spray oil. Place burgers meat-side down, tortilla-side up in pan. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until beef is nicely browned.

Gently flip over to the tortilla side and top with cheese and onions. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes more, just long enough to lightly toast the tortilla.

Remove from pan and garnish with pickles, tomatoes and lettuce to taste.
