8 tostadas
2 large Haas avocados, ripe
2 Tsp Orange Pepper Seasoning
1 cup(s) finely shredded red cabbage
8 Oz shrimp Ceviche
1/3 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions

Lay tostadas out on a flat work surface.

In a small bowl mash together ripe avocado and seasoning.

Gently spoon equal amounts of mashed avocado onto each tostada and spread a thick layer with the back of the spoon.

Place ceviche into a strainer to drain excess liquid.

Using a sharp knife or shredder, cut cabbage into fine strands and divide equally between the tostadas.

Gently spoon ceviche on top of cabbage and garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately.
