Cauliflower Parmesan with Pasta

1 Tbsp salt
12 Oz H-E-B Linguine Pasta
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
12 Oz frozen breaded cauliflower florets
24 Oz Orti Di Calabria Marinara Sauce
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Copper Kettle Shaved Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and toss with olive oil.

While pasta is cooking, place cauliflower in air fryer at 400°F for 10 minutes. Heat marinara sauce over medium heat in a small saucepan and reserve.

When cauliflower finishes cooking, open air fryer and sprinkle shredded mozzarella over cauliflower. Place back in air fryer for 30 seconds to melt. Keep warm.

Divide pasta among plates and top with desired amount of sauce. Place equal amounts of cauliflower on top, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
