2 Lb H-E-B Natural Center Cut Boneless Pork loin, cut 1/2-inch thick
1 Tbsp H-E-B 100% Pure Olive Oil
1/4 cup(s) water
2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Chili Powder
3 garlic, crushed
1/2 Tsp Morton & Bassett Kosher Coarse Salt
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Morton & Bassett Ground Cumin

Instructions

Trim and discard fat from pork. Cut pork into 1/2-inch cubes.

Brush a large non-stick skillet with olive oil. Heat skillet 2 minutes over medium-high heat.

Add pork cubes and cook 10 minutes, stirring often, until browned.

Combine water, chili powder, garlic, salt, pepper and cumin in a small bowl. Stir until blended and smooth.

Pour chili powder mixture over pork in skillet. Stir to coat cubes evenly with seasoning.

Cook 1-2 minutes until water evaporates.

Serve immediately in warm tortillas.
