8 Lb H-E-B Instant Light Charcoal
1 Lb H-E-B Natural Angus Ground Beef
1 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Onion Powder
1 Tbsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp H-E-B Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp H-E-B Grapeseed Oil
1 1/2 cup(s) yellow onions, thinly sliced
8 Oz Texas Roots Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
1 3/4 Oz H‑E‑B Brown Gravy Mix

Instructions

Start grill with the instant light charcoal and allow 15 minutes for the flames to die down.

In a large mixing bowl, add beef, onion powder, black pepper, and salt, and mix well. Form into 4 equal patties.

Place a large skillet on the grill directly over the fire then add grapeseed oil.

Arrange patties in the hot skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side.

Remove patties from skillet and keep warm.

Add onions and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes.

Empty gravy packets into a bowl and add 2 cups of water. Mix until combined.

Return hamburger patties to the skillet and pour brown gravy over the top.

Simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
