1 Tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Sweet Cream Salted Butter
1/4 cup(s) Creole Seasoning Mix
16 Oz H-E-B Cajun Style Baby Potatoes, heated according to pkg. instructions; cooled slightly
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Texas Originals Cajun Seasoning
1 Tsp H-E-B Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

Heat a small skillet over medium high heat. Add butter and when melted add creole seasoning mix and sauté for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and place in a medium bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and mash with a potato masher or spoon until everything is incorporated.

Divide into 6 equal-sized balls and shape into half-inch thick patties.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and spray well with nonstick spray. Add potato cakes and cook 3 minutes per side or until browned and heated through.
