Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 1/4 cup(s) buttermilk, warmed to slightly warmer than skin temperature
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp Rustico di Casa Asaro Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tsp Red Star Original Instant Dry Quick Rise Yeast
3 1/3 cup(s) bread flour
1 1/2 Tsp kosher salt

Instructions

Add buttermilk, honey, olive oil and yeast to bread machine. Add flour on top of wet ingredients and salt on top of flour.

Set bread machine to "white bread" or "French bread" setting and select light or medium crust setting for a 1.5 lb. loaf. Allow bread machine to complete cycle until bread is baked.

Chef's Note: If needed, scrape down inside of bread machine with a rubber scraper as it mixes to help incorporate all the wet and dry ingredients.
