1 non-stick cooking spray
12 Oz semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup(s) unsalted butter
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Light Brown Sugar, packed
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Baker's Scoop All Purpose Flour
1/4 Tsp HEB Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tsp H-E-B Baker's Scoop Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Real Egg
1 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Walnut Chips, chopped

Heat oven to 350°F.

Line 2 to 3 cookie sheets with foil, spray with non-stick cooking spray, and set aside.

Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and butter in a heavy bottom sauce pan. Heat on medium until chocolate is melted (about 2 minutes). Set mixture aside.

Combine brown sugar, flour, baking powder and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl.

Stir chocolate mixture into flour mixture with an electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute.

Add vanilla, Real Egg and walnuts to brownie dough and beat 1 minute or until well blended.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill 30 minutes.

Drop brownie dough by tablespoons on prepared cookie sheets.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

Cool cookies on cookie sheet 2 minutes. Remove and set on cooling rack.
