1 Tbsp Morton Kosher Salt
1 cup(s) Texas Roots Grits
2 True Texas BBQ Packaged Brisket, about 8 oz.
1 cup(s) H-E-B Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.

Once water is boiling, stir in salt and grits. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 6 minutes.

While grits cook, place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and warm brisket on each side for 2 1/2 minutes (5 minutes total).

Place brisket on a cutting board and chop into small pieces.

When grits have finished cooking, add cheese and chopped brisket, and stir until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
