Bow Tie Pasta With Grilled Herb Chicken

Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

3/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp H-E-B Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
1 Tbsp basil, chopped
1 Tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp lemon, juiced
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless halved
1 non-stick cooking spray
4 cup(s) farfalle
26 Oz tomato and basil pasta sauce

Instructions

Combine the olive oil, vinegar, basil, parsley, lemon juice and chicken in a zip-close bag; toss to coat evenly.

Marinate chicken in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Spray grill rack with non-stick cooking spray.

Heat charcoal or gas grill to 375°F.

Discard the marinade and grill the chicken on each side for 6 to 8 minutes or until fully cooked.

Cut meat across the grain into 1/2-inch strips.

While chicken is grilling, prepare the bow tie pasta according to package directions.

Drain and place in a large pasta bowl.

Heat pasta sauce in a microwave safe bowl for 5 minutes and spoon over pasta.
