8 H-E-B Thick Sliced Bacon, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Texas Roots Sweet Onions, finely diced
15 Oz H-E-B No Salt Added Black Beans, drained and rinsed
15 Oz Bush's Best Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
15 Oz cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
14 1/2 Oz diced Italian tomatoes
3/4 cup(s) Texas on the Plate Bodacious Red Soppin' Sauce
1/2 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions

Heat a large pot over medium heat.

Add bacon and cook until beginning to crisp, about 6 minutes, drain excess fat if necessary. Add onions and continue cooking 10 to 15 minutes, or until soft and translucent.

Add black beans, kidney beans, cannellini beans, tomatoes, and sauce. Simmer over medium heat 15 minutes. Add cilantro and stir through. Remove from heat and serve alongside your favorite brisket.
