Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/4 cup(s) light mayonnaise
1 Tbsp whole-grain Dijon mustard
4 Honeysuckle White Fresh Seasoned Turkey Patties
4 hamburger buns, toasted or grilled
1 lettuce, washed and dried
1 medium beefsteak tomato
8 slices H‑E‑B Turkey Hardwood Smoked Maple Bacon, broiled until crisp

Instructions

Preheat lightly oiled grill to 500°F to 600°F.

In small bowl, whisk mayonnaise and mustard.

Season turkey patties with salt and pepper.

Place patties on grill and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165°F throughout the patty.

Spread mayonnaise mixture on cut sides of buns.

Place turkey patties on buns and top each patty with a lettuce leaf, tomato slice and 2 strips of bacon.
