1/4 cup(s) Central Market Organics Whole Milk
2 Tsp Tabasco Original Flavor Pepper Sauce
1/2 cup(s) H‑E‑B Diced 3 Color Bell Peppers
4 H‑E‑B Plain Bagels

1 fresh greenhouse tomatoes, sliced
8 slices Oscar Mayer Center Cut Original Bacon

Instructions

Whisk eggs, milk and pepper sauce in a small bowl.

Spray a medium skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add bell peppers and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.

Add egg mixture and cook until almost set, occasionally lifting edge with spatula and tilting skillet to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath. Continue cooking until egg mixture is set.

Fill bagels with lettuce, tomatoes, scrambled eggs, and bacon.
