Bloody Mary Grilled Steak Fries

Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 baking potato, washed and cut into large wedges
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp Yard Bird Bloody Mary Mix, divided use
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 Tbsp lemon, juiced
1/4 cup(s) minced dill pickles
1 Tsp Creole mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp ketchup

Instructions

Preheat half the grill to medium.

Toss potatoes with oil and 1 tablespoon Bloody Mary mix. Place on hot side of grill and cook 5 to 10 minutes turning once.

Move potatoes to cool side of grill and continue to cook until tender.

To make remoulade combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Serve steak fries with Bloody Mary Remoulade.
